  • Go to app.idooh.my to upload a photo or short video directly from your mobile device. (See Creator Tips & Community Guidelines). Schedule the day and time you would like your content to air and checkout. 

  • After uploading and previewing your content in the app, you will be prompted to select a 5-minute window during which your content will air. As your airtime approaches, we will notify you via SMS when your content airs in about 15 minutes​. If you plan to view your content live from Bukit Bintang, we encourage you to arrive in Bangunan Yayasan Selangor with ample time to get settled before your content is scheduled to air. 

  • The best view of the screen can be seen in front of the Bangunan Yayasan Selangor, coming down from the Bukit Bintang Monorail Station.

  • While we highly encourage you to make every effort to witness your content in person, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you're aware that you won't be able to attend, simply reach out to our support team at least 24 hours prior to your airtime, and we'll arrange for someone to capture a video or picture of your content for you.

  • You may upload a single photo or a video that is maximum 15-seconds in length. You may upload original content to which you own the intellectual property rights. Your content must adhere to the standards of safety, inclusion, and authenticity upheld by the IDOOH.MY Community Guidelines. Please refer to the quick guide below for some of the most commonly asked moderation questions.

  • In the event that your upload is rejected, you will be given a reason citing why your upload did not pass moderation. The majority of rejections occur due to the following issues:

    ⛔ Use of URLs or web links, including QR codes
    ⛔ Phone numbers and addresses
    ⛔ Political or religious messaging
    ⛔ Copyrighted content

  • In the event that your content is rejected, you will be notified via SMS, along with a brief explanation as to why your content did not pass moderation. You can resubmit your content by going to that particular order under "My Orders". However, users who repeatedly upload content in violation of the Community Guidelines may be subject to a ban and no refund will be issued.
